Meet our founder and owner of The Bluprint Agency: Jessica Nguyen is a San Diego native, a dancer, an educator and mentor. She started the agency to bring a community together to express and share the love for their passions and dreams to the world. Creating unforgettable experiences for both the artist and their clients.
Being the Eldest of 4 siblings and raised in the inner city of San Diego, growing up with dance dreams did not come easy. With limited performing arts opportunities and the financial burden for studio training, Jessica simply relied on music and music videos. Not only did she fall in love with dancing she fell in love with the music. Upon graduating high school, she took opportunity elsewhere and started taking classes at San Diego City College and eventually became a dance instructor teaching hip hop to all ages and levels all over San Diego. This then lead to participating in local dance companies as a performer, and was also a Professional Dancer as a San Diego Siren for The San Diego Seals.
Jessica fuels her passion with inspiration from her community.
“When people mention my name I want people to remember me as someone who inspired them. Who made them feel like there were no limits to learning or dreaming. We all are different and that's what makes us so special.”

Raised in the commuter town of Temecula, CA., Orlando Ray Tagaloguin has been surrounded by dance all his life.
From watching his original inspiration the Jabbawockeez on the show America's Best Dance Crew, to absorbing and creating movement with inspiration from today's best, he continues to show his passion for dance through everything he does.
Ray is a performer, choreographer and instructor who has participated in performances with different dance companies such as Articulate and Palomar College in San Marcos, CA.
He hopes to share and absorb knowledge with the dance community he will meet in the future. He greatly values each and every one of his varied life experiences, which remind him to stay patient, kind, light-hearted, and not take life too seriously.

Born in San Diego ,CA, 23 year old Lewis "Legacy" Torres is a self taught dancer who has been dancing since he was 5 years old. In 2014, a year after he graduated High School , he experienced a random brain aneurysm.
With family in his corner, physical therapy and time allowed him to recover and get back on the grind. He specializes in Hip/Hop & Animation and is currently an instructor at The Facility Dance Studio and Spotlight Dance Arts Studio. Performer and member of Fuego Dance Crew since early 2017, placing in Competitions such as World Of Dance, Hip Hop International and Collaboration; which led to an opportunity to compete on NBC World Of Dance Season 3.
His goals are to teach internationally, and later on open his own studio based strongly on street/hip hop.
" I feel if I didn't have the street hip hop culture in my background for dance I wouldn't have had the spark or creativity that I have now."
